Robert came to Abaco, Bahamas, in 2009 to work with Discovery Land Company to build the first waterfront estate residences at Bakers Bay Gulf and Ocean Club. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the construction of a majority of homes and is now a world-renowned luxury developer. Following the aftermath of the destruction caused by Hurricane Dorian, he has completed several estate renovations, and he continues to build new products.

Currently working toward his general contractor’s license, Holden combines a fresh perspective with a deep local knowledge and hands-on experience as a proud Bahamian citizen.
